I recently approached SYNERGY PACKERS & MOVERS (Pune) (https://synergypackers.com/about-us.html) to move my things from Pune to Bangalore.
I found many excellent reviews in JUSTDIAL (now i believe they were all impostor reviews.)
They demanded extra 3k money while delivering in Bangalore, but money was already prepaid. My friend denied extra money to them. And now 1 costly item is missing. 2-3 weeks I am calling & following up, but owner/employees are not giving any update. I lost my valuable item.
Later I discovered that this company also does not have any TAN no at all. They also took 14% service tax from when, when it was 12.36%. Similar complaint I now saw from other clients also. Readers please be careful so that you do not get cheated by Synergy Packers & Movers.
