I wonder, if Syska has any integrity & willingness to help consumers.
I was tempted to opt for your gadget insurance plan once I purchased my mobile since it appeared promising.
But to my dismay, it has not been fruitful at all. I logged the complaint on 4 October.
See the ultrasonic speed(haha) of pickup of the product; it was picked on November 5th.
The set is yet to get delivered back to me. My attempts(30 in count) to mail your team have been futile and there is no ray of hope. And this makes me to post this here.
If you people have even a bit of shame left in you, get this done within a day or 2 otherwise I would be forced to approach to Consumer Forum.
