I bought Syska LED bulbs SSK-SRL-9W(Set of 2) from Flipkart in the month of June, 2016 but in the month of August(1st week), one of the bulbs simply stopped working. I doubt even the second one will malfunction soon. Till now I have been trying to get the faulty one replaced but no action has been taken by them. I have raised a complaint EC160813884 by calling customer care and also posted my complaint in their Facebook page and twitter.
After lots of email exchanges and continuously poking them finally after one month, on 7th Sep, 2016, the defective bulb was picked up from my house through a cheap courier company called Dotzot. Tracking Link: https://instacom.dotzot.in/GUI/Tracking/Track.aspx?AwbNos=770000018773
I informed them that the bulb got picked up and I received an email saying that new bulb will be dispatched. Till date I am waiting for it.:(
Syska LED is a very overrated brand. They are showing off through their ADs on the TV but in reality their products suck and do not even last more than 2 months. Their customer service is also pathetic. They promote in their AD that "Pehle Aadat Badlo, Tum Badlo Duniya Badlo" but they themselves have a pathetic "aadat"(habit) of not paying heed to customer’s complaints. They themselves need to change first.
Now you can easily get the picture of how Syska LED is behind the scenes and how reliable they are!
