I want to say that we have to play games and sports to keep our body fit if we are fit and healthy we didnt need any docter so to be fit be have to play games and sports.Games and Sports keep our mentaly and physically fit. They keep one away from deseases realating to heart , obesity, mental stress and sleeplessness. Games are very essential for students but they are neglected in schools. Even parents do not have high opinion about games and the want their children to devote more time to studies.
