Not for everyone

T mobile has a lot of attractive incentives to get people to join their company. You can get a great deal, like $200 off on popular phones like the sidekick and the Wing.  Tmobile also offers the most reasonably priced contract and data plans available, however, that’s were the advantages end.

The service is horrible. You won’t be able to have a 20 minute conversation without losing the signal. If the signal isn’t lost, it is certain to fade in and out making conversations difficult and awkward. I’ve been one of those people walking down the street repeating, “Hello, ” and “Can you hear me now.”

Being a T mobile customer has no advantages either. You get no more deals on popular phones. If a new phone comes out… you have to pay FULL PRICE!

Their customer service is mediocre. They have tricky phone insurance policies for which you may still have to pay hundreds of dollars to replace a damaged phone.

T mobile is not for talkers. If you plan to use your phone for heavy talking, you will be very frustrated with T mobile.
