As T-24 is operated by Docomo. I am using it since 1 year. I found on an average decent service all the time not any bad experience till date by T24. About signal and Network, there is lot of issues regarding network. At my place, somehow, I got a good network quality but once I step out from my home it is not working properly. For doing, SMS I need to wait for few minutes for network it cannot be done immediately. Call rates and plans are very costly.
Till 6 months, I found it reasonable but after 6 months, there is sudden increase in tariffs and SMS charges. As I used to travel a lot so I was having very high budget bill every month and that is what I think I should change network. Regarding Customer Care I would say it is Satisfactory response I uses to get when I call. Not much satisfied with T24 mobile operator. I am planning to change network within few days, as tariffs are too high for calling. Do find better options in market. Do not go for T24
