This is the worst telecom I have ever used .I bought its sim of rs. 90 from bigbazar to earn loyalty points and I thought I will get moderate coverage .i did not expected a amazingly fast internet and good coverage from this telecom but I thought that I will get moderate coverage in cities and upto 200kbps internet speed on 3g .and my Expectations cannot be fullfilled by this network I got very weak coverage whatever the place may be and on top of that they have very high call and internet charges even in roaming too they ripped of huge money from my acvount to reduce the charges I contacted the customer vare to enquire about the roaming plans and they said me that we will deduct rs.32 from your account and you will get free incoming and at that time they did not tell me any terms and conditions. Then when I checked about deductions in my account I came accross conclusion that they are deducting money again when I contacted them they said that there is a condition that you should be on network of t24.but I was on network of reliance . I know that this is correct they have terms and conditions but while selling the plan why was they hid this from me!????
Then I asked them about any plan which works on partner networks then they suggested plan with same advantages of rs.67 which worked on their partner networks then I bought the plan and again checked weather they are deducting money and they were .when I contacted their executive he arrogantly said I cannot explain you why this is happening and then I never used that sim
