T24 is operated by docomo and it gives same service as Docomo that is very very poor . It gives you the worst network.
Signal and Network reception:
The signal of T24 is really very very bad . You will not get network 80% of times . No matter whether you are in main city or anywhere else. The network is always poor and you cannot make a SMS . If you are in emergency and want to have a phone call then you will curse yourself for going into this network.
Call rates and Plans:
The call rates and internet packs of T24 are decent but they are useless as you cannot use either of them due to lack of signal . T24 does not provide good experience at all.
Customer satisfaction:
From my side I give big thumbs down to T24 because they neither do well in this departement. If you complain the service executives about false deduction of money from your sim, then they do not accept their mistake and blame saying that you have activated the service by your own. They do not listen the customers when it comes to solve the problem which the customer is facing.
I don’t reccomend T24 to any of you . As there are plenty of reasons to avoid and stay away from T24 mobile operator. You have many better options available . And if you have recently switched to this network then I reccomend you to change your service provider or you will face some serious problems ahead.
