Hi guys today I want to share my personal experience about this tabcab
Tabcab: Horrible experience: Shameless and irresponsible behaviour: I had to catch a 6 a.m. flt and was required to check in by 5 a.m, travelling time 20 minutes, need to start at 4: 30 a.m
So book a tabcab yesterday at 1: 30 P.M, i.e, 15 hours in advanced, they said that details of driver will be sent 35 minutes before time, received the request ID.
Since I was to travel during hrs, cross checked in the night and they confirmed the booking and assured. I did not receive any details, so give a call at 3: 45 a.m they said they will revert , within 10 minutes I get to messages:
No cab free or available in the area and we will update shortly quotes. Lo they call me up at 4 a.m. to tell that they do not have a cab free and when I question as to why did not tell at the time of booking and how will I find any other cap at the time in the morning and its such short notice, they reasond out shamelessly stating that they just took a request and not confirmation.
I raced down the street and was lucky to catch an auto to make it to the flt in time. What an irresponsible and shameless behaviour.Thumbs down to tabcab and 3 chaeers to auto guys.
