Extremely Poor Service

My son had booked a Tab cab to pick him up @ 04.00 am from Dahisar to Airport. He contacted the driver on given mobile number @ 03.45. The driver replied he is just 10 minutes away from given address. As up to 04.00 o’clock the cab didn’t arrive, he called the cabby, who said he can’t find the given address as he is not having GPS in the cab/mobile.


My son directed him on mobile. in the end he reached to a junction almost 1 km. away from given address. where my son mAnasultanged to reach the spot along with his baggage. By the time it was 4.40 o’clock. to adjust the time, the cabby drove very rash to the airport. But it was useless. the boarding has been closed and the flight missed. The whole thing resulted in huge monetory loss as well as damage to personal reputation and goodwill.
