TabCab is the worst taxi service provider, & drivers cheat passengers by following several cunning methods and I have been one of the victims of their tricky cheating policy.
I booked a cab for CSTM from Mira Road on 29th Sept, 2016, and the driver not only took the farthest route but cheated me of INR 300/- as well. And he even did not give the receipt. As against a bill of INR 1190.80/-, the driver took INR 1500/- from me.
After lodging complaint with the company in October 2016(Case Reference No: CC10147066) and then several reminders, my case has not moved an inch forward to date.
I’m cautioning all through this platform to think twice before booking a service with TabCab.
