Abusive tabcab driver and harassing customer care

I had the worst cab hiring experience so far. The tab cab I booked from thane to CSI Airport  on 14th September had a very crude driver by the name of Suresh Yadav. Suddenly the car broke down midway and took him sometime to fix it. When we reached Airport his meter was showing 600 Rs, but he said that his meter has gone for a toss but I have to pay him 800 .


I agreed to pay the same provided he/ his company gave me the bill. At this he started hurling abusive language and everyone was watching around. Since we didn’t have much time we had to rush for the flight. I paid him 800 after being assured by the helpdesk executive over phone that I would get a bill through e-mail.


Till date I had done 10 followups but they are simply refusing any assistance.


I would definitely never hire TAB CAB again. Would request any fellow Mumbai people to think twice before availing this service.
