I was busy today and couldn’t accompany my wife to my in-laws residence so I booked a Tab Cab. This guy just refused to take her because she was carrying a cylinder. I found it strange as she has carried cylinder in paid cabs before.
My wife was very upset she informed me that the driver first loaded the cylinder in the boot and then took it out and said I will not take you. And started arguing with my wife so she asked him to leave.
I tried to lodge a complaint on the Tab Cab website, but it just doesn’t work. I never had any such issue with Meru. I guess this is my last booking with Tab Cab.
