So last year on November I was going to Delhi to meet my relatives and I was really excited as I was going by plane and not wanting to get late and miss the flight I decided to book the cab for 2pm and I was looking through the taxi services and called tab cab and told them to pick me up at 2 pm to which they agreed.
I had a flight at 4: 30 and I was waiting for the cab at the time of 2pm and nobody was there as by that time my cab would have arrived but nobody was there. I called the drivers number given to me by them but after 10 miss calls he didn’t picked up. Not wanting to get late, I called the taxi service they said he is on the way and after an hour the taxi arrived at 3: 30.
The driver refused to pickup my luggage and was really rude, then on the way got stuck to traffic and It was just half an hour left for missing my flight and if the driver was on time I already would have been on the airport.
Finally at last 15 minutes we reached and flight was getting boarded and the driver instead of taking out the luggage was asking for more money as he knew that I was stuck and was taking advantage and I had to pay extra 50 to get rid of him.
Finally at last 5 minutes I reached my flight and able to board, the whole experience would have been much smoother if they were on time and if I had not to booked the cab an hour ago I would have definitely missed the flight.
Really an worse experience.
