I am in ITA and am just a yellow belt but I like it so much. It is great and very good excercise and is fun to do. I made a lot of new friends. I just joined but it has made a difference. I am more self confident stronger and eat better also. It is not a sport that will injure people because how you win during sparring is by kicking or punching the protective gear your opponent is wearing. My favorite thing is just learning the new forms kicks and breaking boards for our test. This is my favorite sport and that will not be changing for a long time. If you havent joined already you should. You dont have to be anything out of the ordinary to join. See you in the gym!
