I have booked a flat being built by Taj Builders. It is not yet completed though the proprietor Mr. Murugadoss promised me to complete the flat by October 2014. He was very nice to me untill I released the major portion of the money.
After that he never picked up my calls and the flat is still under completion without having any construction activity. I did a big mistake by trusting this person’s sweet words. Never fall into his trap.
