We booked a 12 day Europe trip with Taj Tours in Feb 2009 for my parents. The company cancelled the tour at the last minute due to the lack of sufficient number of people. I was told that I would be refunded my booking fees in two weeks. Its been more than 10 months now but I haven’t received a single penny back.
We have been calling them at least 20 times every month and have spoken to every person in the company but have still not received our money.
My suggestion stay away from this company and go with some other tour operator.
