I should have gone through the reviews given here, before giving an appointment to Mr. Deepak, sales representative of Talera Ford for details of their new launch, ’’Ford Fiesta’’. I had sent an email request for brochure on 3rd April 06, morning, expressing my desire to go for Fiesta. And to my surprise, I got a call from Talera Ford on the same day evening; the lady who called up, transfered the line to Mr. Deepak, (probably a sales representative) who eagerly gave me the ’’baby’’ details of the techy car and asked me for a face to face appointment. We agreed upon meeting on 4th April o6 (very next day) at 11:30 am ’’sharp’’. Proactively, he promised to get the vehicle to my office for a test drive, too. Also, promised to the details regarding different finance schemes available (Indeed, he also passed on the knowledge about my company’s banker and schemes available with them). Our talk over phone went well and I was planning to go ahead and place order, if I got satisfaction after face to face talk with Mr. Deepak. Few hours passed after the ’’Fixed’’ appointment time of 11:30am on 4th April 06; and still there was no sign or any information of Mr. Deepak coming. Different thoughts started coming in, as to what would be the situation if I happen to purchase the vehicle from such irresponsible dealer (For me, Mr. Deepak is representing Talera Ford) who do not give value to others time and do not keep upto the word. The day passed, with not even a courtesy call from Mr. Deepak, as to what happened to the appointment. My plan to go for a Ford car too started diminishing (atleast not at all from Talera). On 5th April 06, I called up the same number to have a word with Mr. Deepak, as to find out about any genuine reason of not turning up last day ( I was ready to hear the excuses, such as non availability of test drive car, illness, meeting, etc). The receptionist ’’tried’’ to transfer my line to Mr. Deepak, but Deepak sir was out for a test drive. I hang up the phone and bid bye to my plans to buy car from Talera.
