It is an offensive application literally my experience with this application is so worst. Whatever the concept this application is impending actually they are not providing ease to the user. As per their concept they will offer instant transactions or recharges but this application did deducted my money and didn’t provided the recharge of 399 jio instantly. In morning my son was in hurry and the vague layout actually first it was not accepting my gmail email id, any how I arranged my friend’s id and which it accepted easily.
Note then after deduction at 8: 30 evening it provided the recharge in afternoon at 12 o clock and that day my son was having an exam although it was just pre final exam and he thought after getting the recharge he will use the internet pack and study. Even they mentioned the cash back of 150 rupees but they just provided a cash back of 18 rupees. These are the ethics they are showing to the customer not only I haven’t used those 18 rupees even I have uninstalled it. I’ll never ever promote these kind of time consuming application.
