Feature wise and Functinality wise., for many Tally is a By-Heart Software , Technically they should now change to a full-fledged Windows Software through which the Users can be benefitted. It has a lot of In-built functions but the fact is 90% users know the basic accounting parameters, but not the internal aspect where they can materialise and utilise many many functions incorporated.
But needless to say Tally has got the major share in the Indian Accounting Segment. They have capitalised the Keyboard usage aspect to the fullest. This is not the mere strength of marketing but also the features which have helped and is helping the customers a lot. But Honestly would request them to improve the Service aspect as many people find it difficult to find a Tally expert who can solve their technical queries.
