The gym in Chennai is a laugh riot. It is under equipped. The number of members far exceed the equipment, and you have to wait, on an average, 10 minutes per machine! All the sleeping time you have lost!
And these guys have put a lock on the tredmills so you can’t do more than 20 minutes on them! And on the cross trainer, incase you are having a good day and are really killing it, you get tapped on the back and are asked to get off!
The instructers are busy managing machines instead of focusing on fitness and helping people.
I personally think I made a mistake by joining it. If they give me a refund, trust me, I will leave....
And what’s worse, I can’t find a company website to complain to, or to get an address to complain to. So basically, the local franchise decides what he wants to do and how he wants to run the place. This place is not customer friendly at all.
I have had two bad experiences in less than a month... unfortunately I signed up for 6 mnoths..
Its a joke of a gym!
