I recently purchased i10 from Talwar Hyundai Jubilihills branch Hyderabad.At the time of sales the sales guy promised for Teflon coating and at the time of delivery he says "I put a stamp on service coupon you can have teflon done at 1st service applicable only at Talwar"
for 1st service I went to tolochowki service center . when I saw it for my horror it has no infrastructure. there is one one washing pump and 2 vacuum cleaners. there is one guy sitting with one old trunk who applies teflon not seems to be from any teflon company...
Then I took my car to Tadbund service center after taking appointment delivery of car at 2:30 pm while I have to bring the car in by 11:30. when I reached there the security gaurd says delivery will be dont next day (seems security guard is in charge of service and delivery) little argument with him.
I went in side service center to talk some one about my appointment. no one attends for halfen hour mean while I saw the suspicious movement of security Gaurd behind my car. I went there to check he has put up scratches behind the car with key. I brought this to serive center in-charge’s notice. he says now you have the service done we will do the paining later . once again I have to drive car from kondapoor to tadbund.
Your car is not safe in Tlawar hyundais service center. People in my office told me that Talwar in not a good servicecenter I should have got this info earlier
