Tanhaji.a story about the most trusted warrior of Shivaji Maharaj, it's truly a proud feeling of having such brave warrior in our history.
It tell us how Aurangzeb wants to rule India and after Delhi he wants to make Kondhana Fort his deccan capital nd how Shivaji Maharaj sent his most trusted warrior Tanhaji Malusare to save the fort.
Om Raut as a director has done superb job to present the story very well and in a easy way so that every viewers can understand it easly.
Ajay Devgan as Tanhaji Malusare is just brilliant, his expression, his dialogue delivery, his body language all are so brilliant that you will love his character, he is best in action from so many year's and he has done it again.
Saif Ali Khan in a negative role as a Udaybhan Rathod is excellent too I think after Omkara this is his best performance, his cruelty towards people, his way of talking, walking, dress up is full justice with his role.
Other characters like Kajol as Ajay wife and Sharad Kelker as Shivaji Maharaj are also good in there characters. Neha Sharma as love intrest of Saif is also decent.
First half is good and after intermission it's bit dull but in climax it raises well specially in climax fight between Ajay and Saif where Saif cuts Ajay hand but he saves the fort.
Song's are ok but background music is good.
overall a good movie to watch for specially the way it presented.
