Few months back, on my sisters marriage my parents ordered for two engagement rings and the exact date of delivery was given by the store and that is 5 days before the engagement date but when we visited the store they said that some other customer has taken that rings and after 3 three days they provided some other model rings..
We are happy that atleast we got some rings on time but unfortunately after wearing the rings very next day the diamond fallen out of the ring and my sister doesn’t where she lost the diamond. We visited the store to fix the diamond in the ring then store person said that without giving the diamond they wont provide the service and told us to pay the diamond charges. Is it our mistake that diamond came out after use of one day, its completely manufacturing defect but store did not accepted their mistake and we have paid the charges to fix new diamond.Its really disappointing that brand like tanishq cheat the customers.
