Our first purchase from Tanishq(Inorbit Mall, Goregaon, Mumbai) was a pair of diamond earrings. One diamond accidentally fell down somewhere on the first day itself! Second diamond was also detached from the same place of second earring! Fortunately, we could find the latter one in the earrings box itself. However, first diamond was missing& we went to Tanishq immediately on the next day. They told us that they will do some quality check in their factory& either repair or replace the pair of earrings. Due date for the repair was printed as 7 days from the date of submission. However, we haven’t received any response even after 10 days are over! When we called them, they told us that they still need few more days!
