It is one of the prettiest restaurants in Hyderabad. I instantly fell in love with the ambiance and the staff were extremely courteous throughout the evening. So well begun, is half done.
We ordered the Dahi Kebabs and Paneer Rolls for starters. The dahi kebabs at Tansen are undoubtedly the best I’ve had in Hyderabad till date.
Every bite was a celebration to my taste buds and one everyone should experience. The Paneer rolls were very different and was a good choice as the flavors were extremely contrasting to the kebabs and were delicious too!
Important note: My friends and I were unusually full just after the starters as the food is rich (and I mean it) and the portions are quite good.
So those of you who eye the main course must definitely stick to very limited starters.
Lastly, we ordered a gulab jamun just to ensure we had a complete experience and sadly, that ruined the end. Surprisingly, the jamun wasn’t anything close to good and was too sweet that I stopped after my first bite.
Another reason is that the first bite burnt my tongue, as the jamun was too hot. You guys should definitely do something about that!
