I didn’t like the attitude of the management of this school. They should be more humble while running such a small franchise. The atmosphere in any music or art school should be calm & welcoming. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose.It is unprofessional. I will not recommend this school to anyone seeking serious learning. Their behaviour is not professional at all.
Moreover, they try to bully parents on their own sweet term & conditions. Students often miss their lessons because this school keep the teachers engage in the events without minimum courtesy of offering alternative classes. When you question them, they will shout at you telling the classes are missed because of students & classes will not be compensated once term is over . I.e. If you renew the term, they may consider, but without renewing, the classes are gone for good without considering the fact that school is responsible for the missing classes.
Tansen should put stringent checklist while allowing franchise. Otherwise it brings disrepute to their brand when undeserving gets the franchise.
Will try to register a complaint with Tansen grievance cell against this franchise.
