This health and fitness club is located near navale bridge, opposite to the medical college.The staff is quite good and takes initiative for our workout.The staff member encourage us to take more and more effoets.The staff also have female trainers so if you are a female then dont hesitate to take a part in this club.Now move toward the negative parts.The club members are less in numbers so if you go early in the morning then you will find only 2/3 staff members, so you have to start yourself whatever the exersice is.
Also the gym materials are quite good but less in number.for example .if you want exersice on trademill then most often time you will find it is occupied by someone else already.Also infrastructure is not good .In short it is a good health club with a limited croud.
