I bought a Philps Norelco razor online because they actually had it cheaper than in the store. Once I got it and tried it a couple of times I realized it wasnt the quality I was looking for and wanted to return it for refund. They say you can do this at the store but it was a complete fiasco. I had to stand in line for 10 minutes and then went through another 25 minutes trying to return it and get my money back! This was within two weeks of purchase, I had my receipt etc.
They make it sound like returning something to a store is easy but it isnt. The site and the store operate differently. The manager had to call support for the card to try to get my money back. She went over and over and over the whole process with the idiots on the phone and every code they gave her to enter into the computer didnt work! She kept saying "it isnt working". By this time, Im in a sweat and wanting to grab the phone from her to give them the what for! At the end of my 35 easy minutes to return an item, I ended up accepting a gift card instead of the cash put back on my debit just to get the hell out of there. Bottom line, if you want to buy something at Target, go into the store - it isnt worth it to buy it online. The money I saved initially was completely wasted having to sit through their ridiculous return process.
