Taarzan ? The Wonder Car

A car engineer (Ajay Devgan), works day and night and then plans a car model that would steal the market for the next ten years. He tries making a deal with some men (4 of them)who say that he wont be paid any royalty and also his name will not be mentioned as the creator of this car. He refuses them and meets some other party who accept his terms and conditons.
Later he gets to know that the first group of persons he showed him model to, have cheated him by getting his car model copyrighted. He complains about them to the police, but the police too turns out to be the goons friend. As a result, he is killed by them all. He is left behind by his son, Raj(vatsal Seth) and mother (Farida Jalal)
After 12 years, Raj joins college and meets Priya (Ayesha Takia). He confesses his love for her later. Incidentally, while coming back from Priya’s house, Raj finds his fathers car, which they used to call Tarzan. It is in a very bad condition and is being sold for scrap, which Raj buys later on. He shows his grandmother, his fathers last remembral -the car.
He manages to work overtime in a garage so that he can use the money to make the car brand new and extra-ordinary with his mechanical skills. Alas, he succeeds in some time. Some college goons get jealous of him- seeing his new car, the changes in his clothes and hairstyle and think that its with the help of Priya that Raj has managed to buy the car, they try to figt with him and also hurt Raj’s grandmother in the fight.
The car has extraordinary powers and it goes missing at night to take a revenge on these college goons. Later on, the car unleashes a revenge-carnage, zips across town, baffles cops and no one notices there?s no one behind the steering wheel.
The full blame for the first partner of the firm who cheated Raj’s father, goes on Raj , since he owns the car.
What is Raj going to do now? How is it that the car has got these extra-ordinary powers? What will happen to the other partners?
The main lead in the story is the car and the second leads are played by Vatsal Seth and Ayesha Takia. As newcomers, both have done a very good job. No flaws as such in their acting skills.
Farida Jalal is good, as well as the others.
But one doubts if the movie is that of the Abbas-Mustan fame. The story is the main drawback. Worth watching only for children.
Overall a one-time watch movie.
