ONE STAR RATING- Hope not tricking the ratings


My box is not working. I have contacted several times. In spite of prompt reply using WhatsApp no technical service provided. The box does not turn on. Several times contacted. No one bothered to call. I have more than 10 people own similar box. Did Trump loaded all the Techies and shipped them back?
