Buffering & WORST customer service

Buffering and channel lost issue continues every week. When I called Customer service, they hangs up the phone over and over without any help.


I have to keep trying to see if I get anyone who really really wants to do their job and help.


I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to get their services.
