Customer Service SUCKS - TASHAN IPTV

I have problem with IPTV and calling them since last 4 days.


someone will attends the call after long wait and explained issue to 8 members later call gets disconnected


No one attempts to reach out to customer to see what the issue is and there is no escalation matrix or email address available in portal
