Crappy Box and Service

Please don’t sign up for 5 years. These guys will take your money and give guy the crappiest box and picture. It breaks up and I asked for a prorated refund and they said no. I think they are the absolute worst company ever. I will be reporting them to BBB and more. I want my money back.
