More than Worst Services by big brand TATA AIA

I paid premium to the company on 28/03. During lockdown they forced me to complete my medical test even by breaching lockdown rules. At the time of application collection they promised home visit for medical. After lockdown they suggested me a medical center which was under quarantine and others in containment zones. After 85 days they cancelled my application without any intimation and made refund to my credit card account. Even approaching to GRO level I didn’t received satisfactory replies. Even their senior staff doesn’t have manners how to speak to the customers. Branch managers and marketing person doesn’t know KYC process they asked all the documents twice with income proof again and again. This is not even asked by any bank if you apply for a loan. Never ever buy insurance from TATA AIA. Even their senior desks ignored my calls and one have blocked my number.


Never ever buy any insurance policy from TATA AIA even by mistake. If you are holding the one, be cautious and be ready to tolerate their post sales poor Services.
