It’s been 15 days since I claim for my new car but have not received any answer from TATA AIG team regarding my case progress. The agent who came for the inspection also stopped answering. Worse service ever.
I did try sending a couple of email to customer care but in response, they said the matter has been resolved. Wrote another email and this time they asked me to wait for it. No response to date.

Not an advisable company and to deal with. I strongly recommend not to deal with TATA AIG for your car insurance.
