Worst Service and Worst Response You Get

Requesting you all to don’t go for Tata Aig Insurance. First year they will send and give you good response and from 2nd year you will face problems, what I am facing.


For Renewal they have came and collected the payment cheque on Oct 15th Oct for my insurance, which is getting lapsed on 7th Nov 2014. Cheque is cleared on Chq Paid-MICR CTS-CH-TATA AIG GIC LTD on 8th Nov 2014. Till today I am receiving the same old lapsed copy couriered to me.


After so many complaints and also mails, there is no response. Also they have made the mistake in my insurance my vehicle number. Instead of KA03MR3419, they have made KA03MB3419.


After complaints they have sent me the soft copy of renewed insurance, that too with wrong vehicle number. It is worst support what you get from Tata AIG. I have received 3 couriers within a months time with lapsed insurance copy.
