I took my motor policy(0152011449) in July 1st week. Till now (22nd Aug) I haven’t received the hard copy of my policy. I placed three requests(873465 on 27th July, 905661 on 9th Aug, and 21st Aug). They are saying same story, we delivered to your address, but its return back.
One more thing, till now they don’t even call me after taking the policy.This is the way they are with customers.
My sincere advice to others is please don’t buy the TATA AIG policy.
