An unethical insurance company

I hold a Tata AIG Maharaksha policy with number MRP12000003148, I was not intending to renew the policy as I did not find the policy attractive. The TATA AIG customer care executive called me on 24/4/07 (from number 02240668282 at 12.14hrs) and I intimated my intention not to continue with the policy. She said as part of this policy TATA AIG would offer a critical illness policy for all the four people in the policy with no additional premium, for which I have agreed ( as it was too good, may be I should have realised at that time) to continue with the policy and the premium has been debited from my credit card.

Now I have received the policy, neither that it has any mention of the critical illness component mentioned nor a seperate policy. When I called the customer care,  I was advised that she could have meant second opinion option. It is like testing the customers language proficiency or intelligence (I could not distinguish beteween a critical ilness and second opinion, what a stupid fellow). I find this completely unethical behaviour from an insurance company and requested for termination of the policy, have not seen my money back, but hope I would. I plan to terminate my car insurance with the same company and go with our old GIC, atleast they never promise you anything and have no fradulent ways of getting a policy from you.
