I have renewed my vehicle Insurance on 11th of April and while contracting it was told that the policy would be issued within 5-7 days. Sitting on 23rd of April I am yet to get my policy paper or any notifications from TATA AIG.
Their customer call centre does not have a clue why the policy is not issued and it’s been three days they have taken down the "Priority Request" without any action whatsoever.
It’s a grave mistake I have done going with TATA AIG that too for the first time in my 20 years of driving life.
I would never in life go with TATA AIG and would request all everyone to please refrain considering them in any aspect of Insurance.
