I had installed a Tata Solar Power Water Heater. My brand new Zing tank started leaking. I complained to Tata and found out that the dealer who had done the water testing had recommended a wrong tank. Now they are asking me to change to A DIFFERENT tank MODEL and pay in full for the fault of the dealer.
I have been writing to them for more than 1 year now, with no proper replies and some replies bordering to sheer arrogance. They want me to pay Rs 25000 for their fault.
its now 2 years and I haven’t been able to use this product even for a single day and have wasted nearly a Lakh on this trash called Tata Solar power.
DON’T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE as they dont respond to mails or even if they send, they are arrogant sounding
