Worst bpo to work for in pune

On may 2017 I joined TBSS as a CSE in the toll free department of TATA MOTORS.


Now all I had to do was to recieve calls and transfer them to respective department as the customer’s query demands. For example if a customer is interested in buying a car I had to transfer to sales/Hexa department accordingly.


So we had the most call flows, each person had more than 200 calls a day in TBSS in toll free.


In TBSS the trainer was such a boring person. He never taught us how to register complaints and this is what the most customer called for. The worst thing was that even the guys who were permanent employees and were on the floor working as CSE had no idea how to register complaints.


The sallary they pay is the minimum maharashtra labour wage i.e. around 10, 000.


They dont have pantry or any coffee/tea machine for the employees.


The cafeteria is really expensive.


Only one day leave in a week and the most irritating thing was there dress code. For a job of that payroll they demanded everyone to be either in formals or smart casuals. Loafer shoes with no show socks were not allowed.


I left after working for three months.


Worst experience in Pune.
