I bought mahindra xuv 500 with Tata Capital Car Loan, so initially the agent and company cooperate in very decent manner, for every documentation process there was accuracy. then I have paid all my installments with in 4 year but after completion of installment, I am not even receive any letter of completion from company.
for that I need to go to the company on given address at the time of initial documents, but when I reached to given address I come to know office has been shifted somewhere else.
so I came across huge multiple amount of problem:-
- customer care people were confused in guiding me, not even then know where I should go to resolve my problem
2.when I reached to their respective office the bloody executives and managers not even know the process of completion.
3.for every certain quires of mine they don’t have answer, after completion of installment owner should get RC book with his own name with out mentioning name of financial institution., for this thing also I have taken initiative from my own. not event 1% of assistance from Tatat Capital Thane Branch in I think techo Park.
- when ever I used to mailed them not for a single time I got reply from them. and I dont know whats wrong with their contact no. Its always busy.
This kind of multiple problem I have faced. I wasnt expected this kind of behavior from subsidiaries of tata, Because Tata is indian MNC did so much of national development activity for the country like india. They great people Like sir JRD put their sweat not to earn money but to earn huge revenue to nation. When this people behaved like this it means they are disrespecting with the moral policies of tata’s. Shame on you if you can not respect business tycoons like JRD and Ratan Tata who has contributed in making our nation happy and stronge.
