I firmly advice u not to take this card.
Please do not take this card.This card is no value.
I applied to this card and I have not received the card but I received the card bill, it is really not acceptable by a brand name like TATA. earlier I great respect for tata but this experience of mine has left me with no choice but to cancel the card. The customer service is awfully bad, there is no direct option to talk to customer card when u call the customer care number.
The hold time is so long that u will yourself hang up the call rather than talking to CSR person.
The CSR do not give u proper options.
I have decided to cancel the card even if I to pay their first bill of Rs 350.I see that as a reward to be hassle free for next in my life rather than waiting for their response.
This is 3-4 th time I’m calling their CS, every time I get a hold time of min 12 mins which goes upto 20 mins.
The time when I am writing this review I am already on await for 16 min till now and my estimated hold time is 8 mins.
Strongly suggest do not take this card if u want peace in life and a do not want to have a BP problem.
