I am using the TATA card from many years but these days the customer service become wrost. I made a call regarding the one offer the customer care that person without checking the transaction details arguing like any think. He is not in the listening what we are telling and when I said that I am eligible for the offer he is telling that I am not eligible for the offer and when I asked to connect to the manager he disconnected the call.
Later after 5 mins I made a call to customer service person named Ankith and asked about the customer care guy to whom I have spoken last time.he is telling that the call didn’t get recorded, then to whom I have spoken then,
When I am asking the people to connect to hiegher authority they are simply disconnecting the call. After taking finally given the compliant number as 1-5394482037
