I have been using this card from last three months, I never ever got good services. Whenever I call customer care to put any request, they always give me assurance, but do not do anything. Services like hell. Customer service staff don’t even know how to handle complaints. That’s one of the biggest mistake in my life to apply for this card.
They did not even update my correct cell phone number for alerts, how would I know if any other person is misusing my card, staff is lazy and irresponsible.
