I subscribed to TATA Card 5 years back after I received a call from the sales department.
My personal experience has been very bad with TATA Cards as it has the worst customer service. Reaching the customer service itself is a big task as the IVR is very complicated.
The Charges that TATA Cards Levy are very high also the Annual card charges are on the higher side as compared to other cards.
At times when I reached TATA Cards Customer service for resolution of issues they were incapable of doing so as they weren’t trained properly and lack of knowledge.
The Website for TATA cards is very cumbersome to navigate as it hasnt been properly managed and paying bills is one more unacheiveable task as most of the time the Payment gateway would give timeout error.
TATA Card is linked with SBI cards and provides services under it.So we cant expect anything better from it.
I would never recommend it to anyone.
