Acceptance of Tata card is limited and I am sure these guys(the managers incharge) would be working towards it because since past 5-6 months I have noticed considerable increase in size of merchants accepting the Tata card and am certain it would grow…the likes of Titan, Tanishq, Westside and the new one Croma….I shopped at a Croma outlet in Juhu and earned 300 reward points instantly. I mean 3 points for 200 rs spent is a great proposition at electronics products from Tata Cards.
I somewhat never ever had a problem with billing. Due to my very busy travel schedules within India I have missed out on dues dates many a times and have been charged late payment fees and interest charges but every time that happened I have called them and requested them to waive it off and without much ado they have waived it off completely. Now that’s what I call service by Tata’s.
But now I have subscribed to their e- statements and receive reminders on my Card outstandings rather promptly.
I also quite liked their Giordano watch marketing offer…getting a watch worth Rs 3000/- for Rs 399/- only, I bought 4 of these and gifted 2 to my friends.
