Ordered headphones from this site. To my surprise, I have received different headphones. Created return req for d same on their website on 8 th sep, its 25 sep now. Called the customer care twice, no one came yet to pickup the product. Such a casual & negligience business. Even the customer care employees are quite rude in veryyy slow to reply. Kindly teach them how to talk & improve your approach towards a customer. Disgusting. Overall bad experience.
