I had ordered something and the courier guy calls me yday and asks me to pick up from 1 km away from my house, I called customer service and complained, they said they would fix it, else I told them I would cancel the order, today - again the courier chap calls me 10 times at work and says I should come and pick up, I said I wont come to pick up . and now Tata Cliq says they will work on it . what nonsense is this . supposed to be a luxury shopping experience . My foot .update - I called about 10 times to customer service and they state that the delivery cannot be made into the campus. This by the way is India’s best university the Indian Institute Of Science where over 2000 people live? and amazon and other chaps deliver effortlessly . amazing customer service and logistics guys .
